Faithnet Technologies Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us") is a private company incorporated in Tamil Nadu, India, on July 22, 2024, and registered under RoC-Chennai with the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U62099TN2024PTC172066. The company develops mobile and desktop software products, including the Jigsaw application (the "App" or "Service"), which is available for download on mobile devices (Android and iOS) as well as desktop platforms (Windows, macOS, and Linux), and other products such as "Fellow Founder" and "Al Quran Multilingual".

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, we may automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID), and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: App interactions, features used, session duration, and in-app behavior patterns.
  • Crash Data: Stack traces, device state at time of crash, and app version (via Firebase Crashlytics).
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated usage statistics (via Firebase Analytics) to improve the app experience.

1.2 Information You Provide

  • Support Communications: When you contact us via email (jinosh05@gmail.com) or through the app, we may retain your message and contact information to respond.
  • Donation/Payment Information: If you choose to donate via Buy Me a Coffee, Razorpay, or UPI, we do not collect or store any financial data. All transactions are processed by the respective third-party payment processor.
  • Custom Images (My Pics): When you pick images from your gallery to create puzzles, the image files are stored only on your device in the app's local documents directory. We do not collect, store, or transmit these images.
  • Future Features: When Login with Google, Apple, or Google Play Games is implemented, we will collect the basic profile information (name, email, user ID) provided by those authentication services. Specific notice will be given at that time.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the App
  • To track gameplay progress and save preferences locally
  • To enable custom puzzle creation from your locally stored images (My Pics)
  • To serve relevant advertisements (via Google AdMob)
  • To analyze usage patterns and fix crashes (via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics)
  • To communicate with you regarding support inquiries
  • To personalize your experience (theme preferences, language settings)
  • To enable future features including social logins, leaderboards, and in-app purchases

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

These future services will collect only the minimal profile data necessary for authentication and gameplay features. We will update this policy before enabling them.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Local Storage: Game progress, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences and Flutter Secure Storage.
  • My Pics Custom Images: Any images you pick from your device gallery to create custom puzzles are saved only to the app's local documents directory (/my_pics/). A local manifest.json tracks metadata (title, grid size). These images are never uploaded or shared.
  • Cache: Downloaded puzzle images are cached locally for offline access.
  • Data Security: We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit. We do not sell your personal data.
  • Firebase: Data sent to Firebase is governed by Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Advertising

The App displays ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings:

  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Personalized Ads

6. In-App Purchases

When in-app purchases are implemented, transactions will be processed entirely through the respective platform stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and the applicable desktop storefronts such as Steam or the Microsoft Store for desktop downloads). We do not collect, store, or process any payment information. Refund requests are handled by the platform provider as per their policies.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users of all ages, including children aged 3 and above. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will take steps to delete it.
