Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Jigsaw application (the "App" or "Service") operated by Faithnet Technologies Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"), a private company incorporated in Tamil Nadu, India, on July 22, 2024, and registered under RoC-Chennai with the Corporate Identification Number (CIN) U62099TN2024PTC172066. The company develops mobile and desktop software products, including the Jigsaw app — available for download on mobile devices (Android and iOS) as well as desktop platforms (Windows, macOS, and Linux) — and other products such as "Fellow Founder" and "Al Quran Multilingual".

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. App Usage

2.1 Eligibility

The App is suitable for users of all ages, including children aged 3 and above. Children under the age of 13 should use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you confirm that if you are under 13, you have parental or guardian supervision.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Use cheats, automation software, or unauthorized third-party tools

2.3 Game Progress

Game progress and save data are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any loss of progress due to device reset, app uninstallation, or data corruption.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App — including but not limited to its code, design, graphics, audio, animations, and branding — are owned by Faithnet Technologies Private Limited or its licensors.

The name "Jigsaw" and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

4. In-App Purchases

4.1 General

The App may offer in-app purchases ("IAP") for digital items such as ad removal, puzzle packs, hints, or premium features. These purchases are billed through:

• Google Play Store (Android)
• Apple App Store (iOS)
• Desktop storefronts (e.g., Steam or the Microsoft Store for desktop downloads)

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are as displayed within the App and are subject to change with notice. Payments are processed entirely by the respective platform store. We do not store or handle any payment information.

4.3 Refunds

All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of the applicable platform store (Google Play, Apple App Store, or the desktop storefront where the purchase was made). Refund requests must be directed to the platform store where the purchase was made.

4.4 Consumable vs. Non-Consumable

Purchases may be consumable (used once, e.g., hints) or non-consumable (permanent, e.g., ad removal). Non-consumable purchases will be available on all devices signed into your account on the same platform.

5. Donations

The App may offer voluntary donation options via Buy Me a Coffee, Razorpay, or UPI. Donations are non-refundable and are processed by the respective third-party payment providers. We do not collect or store any financial information. Donations are not required to access any feature of the App.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services (including GitHub, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and donation platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third parties. Use them at your own risk.

7. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. Ad content is served and controlled by third-party ad networks.

8. User-Generated Content

8.1 Custom Images ("My Pics")

You may pick images from your device gallery to create custom puzzles ("My Pics"). By doing so, you represent that:

• You own the image or have the legal right to use it
• The image does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws
• The image contains no offensive, explicit, or illegal content

8.2 Local-Only Storage

All images picked through the My Pics feature are stored exclusively on your device within the app's local documents directory. These images are:

• Never uploaded to any server
• Never shared with us or any third party
• Never transmitted over the network
• Deleted permanently when you remove the image from the app or uninstall the application

8.3 Disclaimer

We do not claim ownership of any custom images you pick. We are not responsible for the content of images you choose to use. You retain full responsibility for your image selections.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Faithnet Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Loss of game progress or data
• Errors or interruptions in service
• Third-party content or advertisements
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (if any) or $10 USD, whichever is less.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App ceases
• We may delete any data associated with your usage (to the extent we store it)
• Sections 3, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive this termination

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email when possible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
