Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using any Service. By accessing jinosh.site, installing or using any app/game (Jigsaw, Al Quran Multilingual, Fellow Founder, etc.), creating an account, making a purchase or submitting a contact form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you warrant you have authority to bind it.

1. Definitions & scope

Services = jinosh.site (including blog, docs, legal pages), all Faithnet apps & games on any platform (Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, Linux, Web), APIs, and related support/donation pages. Content = text, graphics, audio, code, design, puzzles, translations, videos. User Content = content you submit (contact messages, Fellow Founder profiles/messages, Jigsaw My Pics, Al Quran bookmarks where applicable). Store = Google Play, Apple App Store, Steam/Microsoft Store or other store where you downloaded an app.

Product-specific terms are noted where relevant; otherwise this unified document applies to all.

2. Eligibility & accounts

2.1 Website

jinosh.site is accessible to all ages without an account. Contact forms require a valid email. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.

2.2 Apps & games

• Jigsaw — playable without an account (offline). Creating an account (email + password, or future Google/Apple) is optional for sync, leaderboards and purchases. Age 3+, under 13 requires parental supervision.
• Al Quran Multilingual — no account required, ad-free, works offline. All ages.
• Fellow Founder — account required; must be 13+ (16+ where local law requires). Provide accurate profile data, keep credentials confidential, notify us of unauthorised use. One person = one account.
• Other products — as described in-app. Where an app has no account, you are a guest user.

We may refuse, suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users.

3. Licenses

3.1 Website

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access jinosh.site for personal, informational use. You may not scrape, mirror or republish its content without permission, except for short quotations with attribution.

3.2 Apps & games

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use each app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to Store rules. All rights not granted are reserved. Open-source components (e.g., Al Quran Multilingual) are additionally governed by their repository licences (e.g., MIT) — in case of conflict, the repo licence controls for that code.

4. Acceptable use — what you may not do

For all Services you agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell any Service or bypass store billing / ad serving
• Use bots, cheats, scrapers, automation or unauthorised third-party tools in games
• Upload or share unlawful, harmful, hateful, explicit, spammy or infringing content
• Harass, impersonate, or collect data on other users without consent
• Interfere with servers, APIs, networks, or attempt unauthorised access
• For Jigsaw My Pics: pick images you do not own or have no right to use
• For Fellow Founder: create fake profiles, spam, solicit without consent, or post as another person
• For website: submit false enquiries, inject code, or scrape at scale without permission

Game progress (Jigsaw) and local puzzle snapshots (jigsaw_state_*) are stored on-device; we are not responsible for loss due to reset, uninstall or corruption. Cloud sync is best-effort when you are signed in.

5. Intellectual property

All IP in the Services — code, design, graphics, audio, puzzles, animations, logos, “Jigsaw”, “Al Quran Multilingual”, “Fellow Founder”, “Tamizh Aasan” branding and the jinosh.site design — is owned by Faithnet or its licensors. Quran text/translations remain with their respective publishers; audio recitations belong to their reciters.

You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. User Content remains yours (see §6), but you grant us a licence to host it to operate the Service. Open-source projects state their licence in their GitHub repo — nothing here restricts those rights.

6. User Content

6.1 General

You retain ownership of User Content. You grant Faithnet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and transmit it solely to provide the Service. You warrant you have the rights to what you submit and that it is lawful.

6.2 My Pics (Jigsaw custom puzzles)

Images you pick from your gallery to create puzzles are written only to your device (/my_pics/manifest.json) and never uploaded. We claim no ownership and are not responsible for them. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use them and that they are not offensive or illegal.

6.3 Fellow Founder & community

Profiles, posts, messages and media you send are stored on our servers to deliver networking. Do not post confidential or sensitive personal data. We may moderate, limit or remove content that violates these Terms or the law, without prior notice.

6.4 Website enquiries

Contact form messages are used only to reply and for legitimate business records (see Privacy Policy). Do not submit sensitive personal data via the form.

6.5 Takedown

If you believe content infringes your rights or is unlawful, email jinosh05@gmail.com with specifics (URLs, proof of ownership). We act per IT Rules 2021 and applicable law.

7. Purchases, payments & subscriptions

7.1 General

Optional paid items (Jigsaw: ad-removal, hint packs, premium puzzles, lifetime / monthly subscriptions; Fellow Founder: future premium tiers) are billed through the Store where you installed the app, or via Razorpay / Buy Me a Coffee / UPI for web and Jigsaw (as indicated at checkout). Payments are processed entirely by the Store/processor — we never see card/UPI PIN data and store only entitlement flags and verified receipt IDs.

7.2 Pricing

Prices are shown in-app/on-site and may change with notice. Taxes and Store fees are as displayed at checkout.

7.3 Consumables vs entitlements

Consumables (e.g., Jigsaw hints) are used once. Entitlements (e.g., lifetime ad-free, monthly subscription) unlock features while active. Non-consumable entitlements restore on any device signed into the same Store account; consumables do not.

7.4 Subscriptions — billing, renewal, cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew via the Store/Razorpay until you cancel in the Store/account settings (e.g., Play Store → Payments & subscriptions, App Store → Subscriptions, or Razorpay dashboard). Cancelling stops future charges; current period remains active until expiry. We grant 31 days of ad-free per monthly renewal. If you delete your Faithnet account, active Store subscriptions must still be cancelled in the Store.

7.5 Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or the Store/processor’s policy. Refund requests must be made to the Store/processor where you paid (Play Store, App Store, Steam/Microsoft Store, Razorpay, Buy Me a Coffee). Contact us if you need help routing the request.

7.6 Donations (website & apps)

Voluntary donations via Buy Me a Coffee, Razorpay or UPI are non-refundable, processed by the processor, and not required to use any Service.

8. Advertising

Jigsaw (Android) displays ads via Google AdMob; ad content is controlled by Google and third-party networks. Al Quran Multilingual is ad-free. jinosh.site shows no third-party ads. See Privacy Policy §6 for opt-out controls.

9. Third-party links & services

Services contain links to third parties (GitHub, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, donation processors, Stores). Their content and policies are theirs alone; we are not responsible for them. Use at your own risk. API docs, CDN assets and open-source libs are subject to their licences.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses — use at your own risk.

• jinosh.site content is informational and does not constitute professional advice.
• Jigsaw puzzles and Al Quran translations are provided for education/entertainment/faith; verify important matters independently.
• Fellow Founder matches use AI — we do not guarantee outcomes, funding or compatibility.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faithnet, its directors and team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill or business interruption arising from:

• your use or inability to use any Service
• loss of game progress, custom My Pics, bookmarks or messages
• errors, delays or service interruptions
• third-party content, ads or links
• unauthorised access or data breach not caused by our gross negligence

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 / $10 USD (whichever is less), or where required by law, the minimum permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faithnet, its directors, employees and affiliates from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or the rights of another.

13. Termination & suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time, with or without notice, for breach, risk, legal requirement or business decision. For apps, you may also delete your account in-app (Jigsaw: Settings → Logout clears local saved progress & purchases so the next account does not inherit data; for server-data deletion email us) or uninstall. Upon termination:

• your licence to the affected Service ceases
• we may delete associated data to the extent we store it (subject to legal retention)
• paid entitlements remain subject to Store/processor rules
• Sections 5, 7.5, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 16 survive

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new products, features or legal changes. We will post the new version on this page, update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, show an in-app or website notice and/or email active account holders where feasible. Your continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Where mandatory local law gives you additional rights, those rights are preserved. We will attempt to resolve grievances within 30 days of your written complaint.
