Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Jinosh puzzle game, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our games. These terms are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users, especially children.

The Games We Build

Jinosh develops individual puzzle games suitable for children aged 3 and above. Our games are designed with the following principles:

• Simple, intuitive touch-based interactions appropriate for young children.
• Bright, colorful visuals with clear visual feedback.
• No reading required — icon-based navigation suitable for pre-literate children.
• Positive reinforcement through animations and sounds (no punishing failure states).
• No time pressure, scoring stress, or competitive elements unsuitable for toddlers.

License & Usage

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit:

• Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works.
• Redistributing, sublicensing, or selling the game or its assets.
• Using the game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some of our games may offer optional in-app purchases or a one-time paid version. All transactions are processed through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms. We recommend that parents enable parental controls on their device to prevent unauthorized purchases by children.

Intellectual Property

All content in our games — including but not limited to graphics, artwork, sound effects, music, game mechanics, code, and design — is the intellectual property of Jinosh unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct

Our games are designed for young children and do not include features for user-generated content, messaging, or communication between players. Users (and parents) are expected to:

• Use the games in a manner consistent with their intended age rating.
• Not attempt to bypass any safety or parental control features.
• Not use the games in any way that could harm the experience of other players.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We strive to provide a high-quality experience but do not guarantee that the games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jinosh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our games, including but not limited to device issues, data loss, or user dissatisfaction.

Age Rating & Parental Guidance

Our puzzle games are designed for children aged 3 years and above. However, we encourage parents and guardians to:

• Review each game before allowing your child to play.
• Play alongside your child to enhance their learning experience.
• Set screen time limits appropriate for your child's age.
• Enable app store parental controls to manage downloads and purchases.

Age ratings displayed on app stores (such as ESRB, PEGI, or Google Play's age rating) are guidelines. Parents should make the final decision about what is appropriate for their child.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our games may include links to app store pages or other services necessary for the functioning of the game. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via the app store listing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
